Our Click & Collect Service

Easy Returns
If you feel that your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery. We're here to ensure that your experience is seamless and satisfying.

Hassle-Free Exchanges
Exchange any product from your order within 30 days after delivery, at no additional charge for shipping on your first exchange. Want to exchange an item more than once? No problem, although subsequent exchanges will require you to cover any applicable shipping fees.

Important: Please ensure that all exchanges are returned in the original House in Town packaging. Missing your original packaging? We can provide new packaging at an additional fee of £50 per item.

Coordinated Exchange Process
Our dedicated team will assist you in coordinating a convenient day and time to exchange your items. We’ll manage the logistics to simultaneously drop off your new item and pick up the exchanged one. If your new choice is less expensive than the original, we'll refund the difference directly to your original payment method. Should you choose a more expensive item, we'll simply charge you the difference during the exchange process.

Geographic Limitations
Please note that free exchanges are available only within our standard service area. Outside these regions, we invite you to contact us for a shipping estimate. We strive to keep our services as affordable as possible.

Specific Items Policy
For specific items such as Leesa®️ mattresses, which are considered Third Party Products, please refer to the designated section for the applicable exchange policy.

Warranty Coverage
Sometimes the universe conspires against us. In the unlikely event your piece arrives in less than perfect condition, we urge you to contact us immediately. For a faster resolution, please send us photographs of the product from various angles and distances, and if applicable, of the box it arrived in. This helps us determine if the damage occurred during transportation. If the issue isn't clearly visible through photos, short videos are also helpful.

Our manufacturer’s warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the product’s delivery date. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, notify our team promptly—we are prepared to organize replacement parts, repairs, or even complete replacements if necessary.

Note: Our warranties are non-transferable and only apply to original purchases for normal use, excluding items resold, misused, or used for commercial purposes.

Damage After Delivery
While our warranty covers manufacturing faults, it does not cover damage occurring after delivery due to accidents or mishandling. We understand that accidents happen; although we can't cover such damages under our warranty, we are always ready to offer advice on cleaning, care, and possible repairs.
